Once your order is shipped, a confirmation with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. 

International shipping rates vary. Jelt ships to most countries; however, various international shipping charges, customs, duties, export/import laws and regulations may apply to country and location.

International orders are shipped by UPS or USPS Global carrier. Due to potential issues with customs, delivery times cannot be guaranteed. 

Jelt’s free return and exchange policies do not apply to international orders. 

Jelt stands behind its products 100%. We offer a free 30-day returns from the date of purchase on all products ordered through jeltbelt.com. Returns will be refunded for the purchase price. 

Please follow the instructions below:

1. Email us with the reason for the return or exchange. Include your name, address, phone number and order number. If it's an exchange, include the preferred size or color.
2. Once we review your request, we'll send you the address where you can return your belt.
   
3. Return processing typically takes 3­-5 days after items are received.
4. Once received and processed, a credit to the original form of payment will appear within 2-3 business days.
