For U.S. orders, we offer a free 30-day returns and exchanges from the date of purchase on all products ordered through jeltbelt.com. For purchases made during the holiday season, starting October 27, 2021, returns will be accepted until January 31, 2022. Returns will be refunded for the purchase price. Original shipping and handling fees will not be reimbursed.

Free USPS First Class shipping on all U.S. orders $39 or more. A flat shipping rate of $5 will be added to all orders up to $39, for USPS First Class shipping (U.S. only).  

Jelt orders are processed and shipped 1-2 business days from Missoula, Montana. Once order is shipped, a confirmation with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
